Daigo Fubuki, codename F1, is the reconstructed identity of the Rounders field commander for the Far East sector — the tier of the hierarchy above the handlers, the man to whom "FB" reported. He never appears on screen. His existence is inferred entirely from the recovered message logs of the people beneath him, which makes this page the wiki's most heavily disclaimed biography and, editors would argue, its most honest picture of how SERN actually works.

F1's traffic shows one obsession: vintage computers. The IBN 5100 retrieval order that drives half the Alpha arc originates from his desk, but it sits in a longer pattern — recovered manifests show SOC teams quietly acquiring pre-1980 hardware across three continents since at least 2005.1 The lab's eventual theory: SERN was not looking for the IBN 5100. It was looking for all of them, because any surviving unit could decode what the lab decoded.
